Through six 1-hour sessions delivered online once a week you’ll enhance your emotional intelligence (EI) through a modular approach with reflective learning techniques and interactive engagements. This allows time to focus on one of the 15 EI aspects per week and learn a repeatable formula for improving the other aspects after the course, supporting a lifelong learning mindset. Included is one 15-minute post-course coaching session with an accredited EI coach.
