Emotional Intelligence 2.0 & 360

  • Depending on goals, this course can be used on an intact or mixed group.

    Leader participants would be advised to attend the course customized to a leader lens with fellow peers.

    Learning can be delivered in a learning sprint style over 6 weeks, with other formats available.

    After the learning sessions, the participant can access formal psychometric testing to evolve their EI further.

  • Focusing only on a leader lens, this course helps leaders explore their emotional intelligence and consider ways to evolve areas they have identified for improvement.

  • Three assessment types are available:

    Workplace, Leadership and 360

DiSC Workstyles

  • Depending on goals, this course can be used on an intact or mixed group.

    Leader participants can attend with their team or in a mixed group of like peers.

    This course includes a DiSC workstyle assessment for each participant.

    Learning can be delivered in a learning sprint style over 6 weeks, with other formats available.

  • In this course, leaders will learn how to discuss and identify their team’s workstyles, understand their individual priorities and how to best support and inspire high collaboration and performance within their team.

  • This assessment presents the participant with behavioral statements, uses adaptive testing and provides a insight report into the person’s priorities and working preferences.

5 Dysfunctions of a Team

  • This course explores the 5 dysfunctions framework, a review of the team’s assessment, and prepares them to identify areas for improvement to gain greater team alignment and cohesiveness.

  • This course provides team leaders with the 5 dysfunctions framework, a review of their team assessment, and prepares them to participate in a team-focused course to bring greater alignment to their team.

  • This assessment is completed on an individual basis by each team member or as a team exercise together dependent on goals and team dynamics.

    The results provide insight into the level of each possible dysfunction and identify areas of strength and improvement for team evolution.
